We are growing our customer facing team and on the look out for dynamic Account Managers to look after our most valuable asset: our clients !!

Business Development Manager
CTR Europe is an exciting growth area in our portfolio, and so the role of Business Development Manager is in response to the opportunities we know are out there waiting to be developed.
The role is field based, with Account Manager support, covering the greater Midlands area (at times a little further). Your primary task will be to generate and grow new business, so you’ll need to be a confident self starter able to manage their day to day efficiently.
Importantly you’ll be a professional; well presented, comfortable dealing with clients at all levels, a great communicator, articulate, organised and confident, – all skills most likely to be borne from past experience in a similar role.
The role involves contacting and forming relationships with personnel from Local Authorities, Central Government bodies, NHS, and also public and private sector companies, advising them about our corporate waste disposal service in accordance with government and environmental compliance, in short providing them with solutions.
For our business this is an important role, new business is the lifeblood of any company, but without doubt it’s our biggest opportunity for growth and exciting for the right person. In return we’ll supply you with wheels (or a car allowance), mobile, laptop and basic salary of £25,00 with an achievable commission structure taking the salary to £40K
AT CTR Textiles customer service is king, it’s what sets us apart from the competition. Therefore we place great importance on recruiting great customer facing collection drivers, people who share our high standards, are courteous and professional, after all you are the face of our business representing us each and every day.
For that reason we are seeking out the cream of the crop, drivers who are friendly, presentable, helpful, willing to go the extra mile for our customers – possess a ‘can do’ approach and above all wear a smile. There’s no doubt at times the role is challenging and hard work, so if your work shy it’s probably not for you.
Aged over 25 (for insurance purposes), with a standard UK driving licence, you’ll work 5 days a week (with an occasional Saturday rota’d in) as part of a team who visit shops across the Midlands area collecting stock, there will be an element of paperwork so you’ll need to competent at handling a little admin and be expected to take pride in your vehicle and in return you can expect a basic salary of £25,000 per annum with a £1,000 for meeting certain criteria.
We have a variety of roles available in different departments across the CTR Group working in the warehouse. We are seeking hard working, reliable staff who are looking for a secure, full time (Monday to Friday) position. We are offering applicants an hourly rate from £8-£10 per hour, dependant on role and department. (A trial period will apply)
